The CIRAD community of practices on outcome-oriented approaches is glad to send this invitation for a seminar on Theory-based approaches to policy evaluation.
The seminar will be organized online on the 28th of March 2023, starting at 2 pm CET.

The theoretical background and the application of two approaches will be presented in this seminar.
Boru Douthwaite will present Outcome trajectory evaluation (OTE) and lessons from its application in the CGIAR context.
Fanny Howland and Jean François le Coq will present the assessment of the Climate Smart Agriculture Strategy (EASAC) for the SICA Region.
We will have time to exchange with the presenters and draw lessons from their experiences.
