Together with Dr. Scott Drimie, we have initiated the Multi-Stakeholder Partnership (MSP) learning review. Dr. Drimie will conduct 3 to 4 in-depth case studies of MSPs within DeSIRA projects, extract key insights, and validate these findings through a broader survey involving the wider DeSIRA community. We anticipate that these case studies will also benefit the participating project partners by fostering deep reflection on their MSPs.
Dr. Drimie has developed a preliminary conceptual framework to explain how MSPs facilitate collaboration among multiple stakeholders in innovation processes and system change. This framework has provided a strong foundation for the key research questions, which have been translated into interview guides. The first round of interviews, conducted with Sustena Innova as one of the in-depth case studies, demonstrated that this theoretical framework and the accompanying questions elicit valuable and insightful responses.
