We are pleased to invite you to the upcoming DeSIRA CONNECT Days Asia & Pacific Islands on December 10, 11 and 12 in Hanoi, Vietnam
Purpose of the CONNECT Days
This event aims to share the lessons learned in the implementation of DeSIRA projects and to identify the conditions for continuing their innovation trajectories.
To this end, the event is anticipated to offer three types of activities:
- a project fair with individual booths to promote and discuss your projects,
- inter-project thematic workshops to learn together from the implementation of DeSIRA, and
- round tables with other stakeholders aimed at continuing the innovation trajectories of projects.
Each activity is designed to feed into the others.
We have reserved spaces for all your projects and organisations in each activity so that you can present various facets and results. In this way, we aim to offer you optimal exposure both individually and collectively.
The programme will be detailed and regularly updated on the dedicated page on our website, and we will also send you updates.
Logistical information
DeSIRA-LIFT will cover the venue costs, lunch and refreshments during the day. We will also provide templates to support your communication during DeSIRA CONNECT: posters, PPTs, and flyers and we will organize two preparation sessions for participating projects two weeks before the event. These sessions will seek to frame your participation in the event as part of your exit strategy and support your advocacy narrative based on the achievements of your projects.
Travel, accommodations and dinners are at the expense of the projects.
