Chloé Alexandre is a researcher in impact evaluation of agricultural innovation processes at CIRAD. She is part of the Innovation Research Unit and the ImpresS team. She conducted her PhD in management science in Burkina Faso where she worked with farmer organizations to identify and assess the dynamic capabilities these organizations require to develop digital extension services as part of open innovation partnerships. She investigates the nature of partnership configurations and management tools enabling open social innovation and the development of viable agricultural services that meet users’ expectations.
