DeSIRA-LIFT has successfully completed the training process for innovation facilitators!
Through a comprehensive program that included five 5-day, face-to-face training sessions held in Benin, Madagascar, Cameroon, Colombia, and Ethiopia, followed by online workshops and individual coaching upon request, 67 facilitators (23 women and 44 men) from 24 DeSIRA projects across 10 countries have earned their certification as DeSIRA-LIFT trainees.

Innovation facilitators play a vital role in the success of project activities. They:
- Organize and facilitate interactions with farmers and other stakeholders,
- Keep innovation partnerships energized and effective,
- Lead innovation platforms, and most importantly,
- Actively listen to the needs of diverse actors, helping project teams adapt and thrive.
