About: Agronomist by training, specializing in environmental economics and natural resource management, I aim to strengthen my connections with development stakeholders and the research community, both nationally and internationally. Staying connected with a network of innovation facilitators is one of the key factors in achieving this.

About: I am an agro-manager by training, and I have worked as an adult trainer since 2002—that’s over 24 years. Later, I became a teacher-researcher at a university, specifically at MAGIS University in Madagascar. For over 8 years, I have led a small project focused on the well-being of rural households. The idea was to share technical, economic, and social skills to improve household incomes. Additionally, the project served as an exchange platform between technicians and family farmers. I am interested in all forms of skill enhancement through a framework of reciprocal sharing.

About: A passionate agronomist focused on enhancing the technical and economic performance of very small family farms in rural and peri-urban areas, I believe it is essential to recognize that this improvement relies on the transition of production systems. This transition is driven by innovation, innovation is propelled by facilitation, and facilitation itself is a fascinating profession.

About: I am an agronomist passionate about research and development, particularly drawn to participatory approaches and modeling. My experience as an innovation facilitator has enriched my skills in these areas. My professional goal is to advance in participatory research to meet local needs in an effective, sustainable, and innovative way.

About: PhD candidate passionate about agronomy and rural development, I delve into the heart of the challenges of food security and agroecology.

About: Grandson of farmers, I was fortunate to pursue higher education in agriculture and earn my degree. I chose this path upon noticing that agriculture in my grandfather’s locality was underdeveloped and neglected by the community, which regarded it as the least desirable profession. I also realized that the majority of the population in my country shares this perspective. My commitment to agricultural development motivates me to change this mindset and demonstrate to people the importance and nobility of this profession.

About: As an agronomist, I believe that it is the details around us that make all the difference in each of our actions.
