In mid-March and mid-April, FIFATA and Agrisud, partners of the MAKIS project, respectively organized their inaugural participatory self-assessment workshops. The aim was for these organizations to evaluate their support for innovation, pinpoint areas for improvement, and identify organizational capacities that require development to meet those needs. These workshops, held in Antsirabe and Miarinarivo, marked the beginning of a new phase in the MAKIS project: organizational experimentation within partner organizations.
